Cancel at the end of the billing month. We state the minimum term in your offer.
Secure payment
SEPA direct debit or card via Stripe. You receive your invoice as a PDF.
Data protection
Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Setup and operation follow ISO/IEC 27001 and BSI C5; no certification is in place.

How do I cancel?
You cancel at the end of the billing month. Modules can be cancelled individually while the platform continues.
How do I pay?
By SEPA direct debit or card. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What does the invoice look like?
You receive a monthly PDF invoice by email. All prices are net; VAT is shown separately.
What about several hotels?
Prices apply per hotel. From five hotels we prepare a group offer for your hotels.
How is data protection handled?
We sign a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR. The platform is developed and operated in Germany.
