Does RD030 replace our systems?
No. Your PMS, RMS and other systems stay in place. RD030 is the shared working layer above them: it makes data, knowledge, responsibilities and processes visible, documented and controllable.

How do signals become tasks?
An alert gets an owner and a deadline. Its status remains visible: assigned, acknowledged, completed or escalated.

How do I get access?

Are there AI functions?
An assistant for questions about your data is planned. It is not available yet.
What happens to our emails and files?
We process emails, attachments and files under a data processing agreement, with permissions by role and hotel. Assisted naming, sorting, checking and monitoring is planned.
What happens when employees leave the company?
Responsibilities, deadlines, data sources and processes are intended to be documented in RD030 rather than held by individuals. This keeps context traceable for authorised team members and gives onboarding a shared foundation. The development status of each module is marked in the module overview.
How are workarounds and mini-apps replaced?
Spreadsheets, scripts and mini-apps are brought together step by step as documented modules on one shared working layer. Responsibilities, deadlines and permissions remain traceable. Existing solutions are not replaced without review.
